The Vice President for Projects - General Administration of Maintenance is pleased to allow the employees of the University to create maintenance reports directly on the electronic services portal of the maintenance management system
We would also like to mention:
That the work in the university for students requiring the amendment of areas such as rooms or offices or the installation or removal of laboratories or copies of keys, it must send a letter of approval from the deans of the colleges or the director of public administration to approve the request and fill the form for that (Download the form) And that the model of the fault report shall be attached to the system or the approval of the administrative communication system shall be sent to the General Administration for maintenance.
As for the work in the university city for female students that require structural modifications, it is necessary to address the planning department, programs, and projects in the university for female students. Copies of the keys should be addressed to the Department of Security and Safety in the university for female students
The System can be used Only for the following entities (Areas ):
- University for Male Students
- University for Female Students
- Housing for TEACHING STAFF and Employees.
- The Stadium
- External facilities (Alisha and Malaz)

Also, you will be able to report by telephone to 1515 from the university and 0118061515 from outside the university. Your report will be included in the electronic maintenance management system.
