The Vice Presidency for Projects at King Saud University is a critical pillar in the achievement of our institution’s strategic goals. We are an integrated ecosystem, covering project portfolio planning, supervision, execution and development. Our mandate is to maximize the efficiency of facilities management, maintenance and operations, enhance campus security and improve support services. Ultimately, we want to create a safe, highly effective academic environment that propels the university forward and prepares it for the future.

The Vice Presidency relies on a unified front to continually support KSU’s academic, research and community milestones. By bringing together the efforts and roles of our various departments and units, we maximise performance and embed the core principles of quality, governance and sustainability into everything we do. We recently received our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification that reflects our commitment to excellence, global best practices, institutional growth and continuous development.

Moreover, we are very committed to developing key partnerships with key stakeholders. We continuously enhance operational efficiency through the latest technologies and intelligent solutions in the management of our projects, facilities and services. This allows us to enhance the overall user experience on campus while keeping up with the rapid changes and demands in the higher education sector.
