The unit manages and develops all computer equipment and programs and provides the necessary support for them, in addition to managing and archiving cloud storage and managing and developing the website for the Vice President of Projects and Departments.

Coordinating with entities related to information systems to achieve common plans and goals

Tasks:

Implementing The Maham system in the department.

Implementing a cloud storage and electronic archiving system.

Managing the website for the Vice President of Projects and Departments.

Adding the department news to the website.

Holding introductory courses for the services provided to employees.

Conducting introductory workshops for employees of KSU programs.

Responsibilities:

Automating administrative and technical procedures to raise productivity and improve the quality of work in the department.
